Aldeia Social Media

Aldeia da Fraternidade is an educational ecosystem with more than five programs across education, social assistance, and social businesses, each with its own methodology, language, and specific goals. When I took over Aldeia’s social media, one of the main challenges was to communicate the complexity and scale of what happens inside the organization, while consistently respecting the specificities and identity of each program.

My work focused on documenting daily life, covering events, photographing activities, and transforming these experiences into accessible and engaging content for the public. For a significant period, I managed this entire process independently, from content planning and field coverage to photography, video editing, writing, and publishing, with occasional operational support during a few months.

Daily Life
at Aldeia

One of the most valuable things a nonprofit organization can build is a consistent record of its daily life. Documenting everyday activities and sharing them in a transparent and organized way helps both internal and external audiences understand the work, the people, and the impact behind the institution.

Below are some of my favorite examples of posts documenting this daily work and community life. You can find more on Instagram (@aldeiadafraternidade) from March 20, 2024 to December 26, 2025.
