Aldeia 60th
Anniversary Dinner

To celebrate the 60th anniversary of Aldeia da Fraternidade, we organized the NGO’s first fundraising dinner. Held at one of the most elegant venues in the city and headquarters of one of the institution’s major partners, the Instituto Ling, the event organized by the communication team featured an exclusive menu, an auction with a variety of items — including artworks, autographed football jerseys, and experiences such as helicopter flights and restaurant vouchers —, a Brazilian popular music performance, and an institutional presentation about Aldeia’s projects.

 

My responsibilities were extensive throughout the entire process, leading everything related to the event’s communication and visual aspects: development of the visual identity, creation of invitations and printed and digital materials, signage and event ambiance, the presentation shown during the event, as well as the coordination of photography, video, and communication with suppliers. I also supervised the setup and the guest experience on the day of the event, ensuring visual consistency and attention to detail.

For the event’s visual concept, I worked with the NGO’s visual identity colors but in less saturated tones, along with the presence of black to evoke the necessary elegance.

At the same time, the institution already used several icons in its identity, and I redesigned them in a more hand drawn style.

Since the dinner was only for partners and potential new supporters, the way we found to have the children present was simple: each guest received a postcard with drawings made by them.

In addition, we invited two students from the school to be present as presenters, alongside well known local personalities who hosted the dinner: Cristina Ranzolin, Tulio Milman, Daniel Scola and Cris Barth.

The event had 100% of the tickets sold, brought new partners such as businesspeople and companies who became supporters, and was considered a great success.
